Wednesday Nov. 19th: I'm in chilly Houston now. I just filmed 8 new programs for TV. My producer will take the programs and edit them. They should be available about Jan. 1st. Since it is the Jubilee year of St. Paul the Apostle, I want to get these shows to the stations right away. The 8 programs are about Paul and his teachings in the Bible.
I'll be in Houston until Monday. I have a retreat with Joyce Meyer this week, (Thur. - Sat. at Lakewood church) then I'll be driving to be with my Mom in Florida for Thanksgiving. I leave Monday and arrive Tuesday. The drive is 1000 miles.
Parish mission: Mission accomplished in Plantersville, TX (www.smsj.org) What a great community and a quaint little church. Sunday night I opened to a full church. They were so enthusiastic and responsive. Monday night many came to confession. The final night the crowd was down because of the severe thunderstorms. But, we had a great celebration of the Holy Spirit.
